Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 261402652
The Project investigates the influence of multi-modality on the process of learning to read. It aims at understanding the plausible mechanisms underlying the potential benefits elicited by multi-modal learning approaches enriched with pictures, sounds and reading aloud – both from the perspective of behavioural psychology and from the perspective of computational linguistic modelling. The outcome of the project will benefit both reading education and computational representations of multi-modal signals.
