Identification of acclimation modulators and integrators relies on exploiting their molecular and biochemical regulatory characteristics, as well as their proximity within response-specific networks. Our combined approach involves training individual models based on a combination of transfer and meta-learning for different regulatory properties, leveraging abundant non-acclimation datasets blended with specific ones for model pretraining. This effective strategy overcomes data sparsity challenges. The iterative process will enhance the envisioned ensemble model, empowering it to make highly accurate predictions of acclimation-specific modulators and integrators.
