Interprofessional collaboration is an important form of praxis when problems of everyday life are to be dealt with based on a coordinated division of work. In many fields and organizations, social pedagogues are integrated in teams with other professions. The role of social pedagogues in interprofessional settings is often precariously and for all involved actors sometimes difficult to determine. The project investigates interprofessional collaboration in interprofessionell meetings comparing different organizational forms and settings. By linking theoretical perspectives relating to difference and profession, the project analyzes processes of interprofessionell case construction and interactive negotiation processes of the agents involved. The core of the project addresses the question of how social pedagogues introduce their specific perspective of the case into the interprofessional negotiation and which roles and positions they assume within the fabric of interprofessional relations.
