Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
To summarize, the projected yielded to be achieved insights into the neurobiology and neurophysiology underlying responses selection processes during multitasking with special emphasis on the response selection strategies/modes (i.e. serial or parallel). The findings provided the basis for further research and the establishment of the chair of “Cognitive Neurophysiology” at TU Dresden. The cognitive processes being investigated as part of the Emmy Noether funding are still investigated as a central part of the scientific mission of the Chair “Cognitive Neurophysiology”. As such, the Emmy Noether project led to a sustained scientific program.
