In the third funding period, T2 intends to provide sufficient data for the use of biomaterials to stimulate fracture healing in osteoporotic fracture defects and for biomaterials for the local antiproliferative treatment against multiple myeloma cells for their clinical application in the future by an extension of the observation period from 6 to 16 weeks in a rat model. The second goal is the in vivo evaluation in animal models to analyse the respective material developments of TFP1 and TFP2 after previously conducted in vitro experiments according to the „pyramid principle“ in close cooperation with with two transfer projects.
