Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 119193472
Within the sub-project the stochastic influences of regeneration processes on the vibration amplitudes and lifetime of cyclic loaded components are investigated. In particular, the path-specific regeneration-induced scattering and tolerances are analyzed. The aim of the third funding period is the optimization of the repair within the virtual path considering this variances. In this context, recommendations are derived for the repair parameters using robust and reliability-based optimization strategies. The structural-mechanical optimization therefore supports the selection of regeneration paths, and provides important parameters for the regeneration of the whole engine.
