The qualification, organization and support concepts, which were developed during the first periods, will be continued in the third phase. The teaching of special knowledge, competences and the integration into the scientific community by publications and conference lectures have an important role thereby. The cooperation with guest scientists as well as the residences for research of our graduated students in foreign research institutions assist the international networking. The intensive and active collaboration of the graduated students in the working groups supports the interdisciplinary cooperation.
