Subject Area
Production Systems, Operations Management, Quality Management and Factory Planning
Term
from 2008 to 2019
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 33237764
Main objective of subproject is to support the design of efficient and effective change cycles in manufacturing based on a systemic change management. The systemic change management addresses both, PSS and manufacturing changes and is a consistent, process-based approach, which is independent from organizational structures. It will be developed in cooperation with subproject (which focuses on PSS changes). The focus of the subproject is on proactive, reactive and retrospective activities in change cycles as well as on the integration of system models (e.g. of the factory, of the product) to support the identification and analysis of change impacts.
