Final Report Abstract
We were able to address several functional and structural aspects of sulfated glycans in development and regeneration of the nervous system in several publications related to the HNK-1 family of sulfotransferases. With sulfation being an important epitope in cell functions, we hope that our contribution to this topic will be accepted as satisfactory.
