The Z1-Project will to provide the tools and patient cohorts to enable researchers of the respective NeuroFlame subprojects to assess molecules of interest in a disease context using, e.g., multiplex immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptome assessment. Additionally, Z1-Project will generate spatial transcriptome data in human diseases of interest to the researchers of the consortium that then feed back to the individual subprojects to inform on potential disease-relevant targets.
