In a first step, we will develop methodological and heuristic preliminary work on implicit understandings of home in theology, official church statements and hymns, and identify relevant texts. In a second step, we will use hermeneutic and digital humanities methods to analyze the relevant texts with regard to vectors and figurations of homing. In a final step, the results of the investigation will be published in three monographs and one essay.
