Project Details
In situ characterisation of additively manufactured hybrid and porous components (B03)
Subject Area
Measurement Systems
Term
since 2024
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 511263698
The central objective of B03 in the first funding period is the in-situ acquisition of quality-determining parameters, such as shape, temperature, reflection behaviour and porosity, of HyPo material layers produced using L-DED regarding the control of the manufacturing process. For this purpose, an optical multi-sensor measurement system consisting of an endoscopic laser triangulation sensor, an image processing sensor and a thermographic camera together with adapted calibration and evaluation methods will be developed and researched.
