Project Details
Evaluation of material influences (B02)
Subject Area
Mechanical Properties of Metallic Materials and their Microstructural Origins
Term
since 2024
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 471687386
The objective of the subproject is to link the diagnostic data of unique products with process-microstructure property relationships of the products and processes in the circular factory. For this purpose, a comprehensive material and attribute analysis of the components of the sample is carried out in WP1 in order to select test procedures for the existing material states and to transfer them into an information model for measuring and test agents. In WP2, the determined process-microstructure-property relationships are transferred into material models. WP3 and WP4 serve to develop multimodal testing and evaluation methods for component diagnostics and generation of "Remaining Useful Life" models for the components.
