Project Details
Uncovering neuroblastoma cell plasticity in embryonic grafts using a universal transcription factor network (C02)
Subject Area

Term
since 2023
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 493872418
The project analyzes the diversity of neuroblastoma cells compared to normal cells within a universal transcription factor network. A network will be created that combines factors from all cell stages to accurately compare transcriptional dynamics. Candidate factors are then validated in abnormal cell state changes and their potential as therapeutic targets is evaluated. Analysis will be performed through single cell transcriptomics, chicken embryo models, and transplantation experiments to identify the different cell states and deregulated factors.
