Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 493872418
The project analyzes spatial and temporal changes in NB proteomes during treatment to characterize tumor evolution and identify therapeutic targets. Key proteins and PTM signatures associated with various cellular treatment responses, cell identities and treatment resistance will be identified. Mechanisms controlling PTM-dependent processes through genetic and pharmacological perturbations of PTM regulators will also be described. The focus will be on developing clinically actionable panel assays for key diagnostic signatures for risk or treatment stratification and drug-related vulnerabilities.
