The research project concentrates on literary and journalistic interventions in 20th century German literature which connect their demand for social change with a contemplation and revision of the artistic repertoire of forms while creating new practices of drafting and rejecting. In a transitive sense, they aim at both a transformation of the world of work and fundamental changes in the conditions of the production and reception of literature. In an intransitive sense, they call traditional aesthetic forms of literature into question by revising them.
