This project tackles several open problems in intersection theory using motivic homotopy theory. One such problem is the construction of a motivic filtration on the algebraic K-theory of general schemes. We will also study Voevodsky's derived category of motives over a general base using framed correspondences and the cdh-topology, and revisit algebraic cobordism from the perspective of intersection theory in derived algebraic geometry.
