Project Details
Compressive Sensing for Empathokinaesthetic Radar Sensors (B03)
Subject Area
Communication Technology and Networks, High-Frequency Technology and Photonic Systems, Signal Processing and Machine Learning for Information Technology
Term
since 2021
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 442419336
First, a synthetic data model is created. In cooperation with Subprojects A01, A04, D04, and D05, this model is validated and adapted, as well as replaced by real measurement data, as soon as they are available. This builds the base in order to reduce the measurement times for radar imaging in EmpkinS. For that purpose, various approaches to improve compressive sensing are investigated: distributed compressive sensing, adaptive compressive sensing, and radar test signals optimized for compressive sensing.
