Hydrodynamics of offshore megastructures and impact processes in and with the marine environment (A03)

In the subproject A03, hydrodynamic impacts on large maritime infrastructures (megastructures) in relation to conventional offshore structures will be investigated. The second focus lies in the reduction of models, which consider these complex hydrodynamic impacts for the Digital Twin. A last focus is the survey and evaluation of load changes over the lifetime due to expected varying meteorological and oceanographic conditions as well as large scale morphological changes.
