Near-Nozzle-Mixing (NNM) represents an innovative extrusion process in 3D concrete printing developed in the previous funding period and is intended to overcome restrictions of conventional extrusion processes. The focus of further research is on the development of the NNM process with regard to functional grading, fibre integration and process monitoring using inline quality measurement (IQM), the transition of material development from already investigated mortars to extrudable sustainable concretes with the aid of extensive material tests and the investigation of structural properties of specially designed and printed test components.
