Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 428667920
A cyber-physical process of discrete manufacturing is to be procured. With regard to its components (control technology, sensors and actuators as well as the number of stations, transport elements and generally data-generating devices), this process should provide a framework suitable for the conception, implementation and evaluation of research approaches for real industrial automation systems. Due to the characteristics of the plant outlined in the proposal, it can be assumed that it is fully transferable with regard to the research questions to be investigated in the subject areas "Intelligent cyber-physical production systems", "Digital twin", "Real-time control in cross-platform environments", "Safety and security for cyber-physical production systems", "Data-driven control processes" and "Test and diagnosis of flexible production systems".
