Flexible handling of forge-warm hybrid components (C07)

Subproject C07 aims at researching functional modules for the gripper-integrated measuring and verification of Tailored-Forming-Components in the process chain based on the existing module catalogue from the previous funding period. The measuring technology enables the components to be measured during handling concerning temperature, geometry and joining zone quality, thereby optimizing subsequent process parameters and enabling an adaptive process chain to be established. The functional modules developed are implemented constructively and validated in the process chain.
