The subproject deals with negotiations of climate change in courts and theater. The thesis is that courts and legal plays bring the invisible catastrophe to display and work towards concrete changes in international climate-related actions. The goal of the study is to show that courts can not only put on display what is mostly hidden, but also bring about profound social changes themselves. Plays, meanwhile, pass judgment on climate-related actions and at the same time become a medium of legal critique.
