In A11 N, the insights for the use of thermomorphic solvent systems (TMS) regarding reaction man-agement and catalyst recycling developed in A1 E are gradually transferred to new homogeneously catalyzed reactions. In case of the chosen exemplary reactions, reductive amination and hydroam-inomethylation, fundamental investigations on the catalytic system are required: optimal reaction conditions are to be found, with the selection of the solvent system being of greatest importance. Thus, both are therefore considered in an integrated manner. Finally, based on that, the choice is made for a one- or two-stage process management approach.
