Project Details
Focus Group Neuroimaging and Genetics (F02)
Subject Area
Human Cognitive and Systems Neuroscience
Term
since 2017
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 316803389
The focus group neuroimaging has two aims: Conducting meta-analyses of the neuroimaging data acquired across all neuroimaging subprojects of the SFB, with a specific emphasis on the role of the cerebellum; and providing expertise on advanced data analysis methods to other SFB members. In the 2nd funding period, we will also start conducting large-scale genetic analyses. The overall goal is to build comprehensive statistical models that explain inter-individual differences in extinction learning based on genetic variation and neural connectivity patterns within the extinction network and beyond.
