Project Details
Efficient simulation of dynamic effects in surface oriented robot processing (A04)
Subject Area
Materials Engineering
Term
from 2007 to 2015
Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 16071898
In this project the influence of dynamic effects on the control of surface-oriented, robot-controlled processes are investigated and an adaptive process control system is developed, that takes these effects into account. The dynamic effects comprise both influences on the movement of the robot and not immediately predictable process variations. The goal is to increase the process quality through the implementation of a system for control of robot-guided thermal spray processes which are examined in the context of the SFB.
