The focus of this project lies on topological constructions in Reeb dynamics, such as surgery, contact cuts, plugs, fillings, open books, or cobordisms. Filling and surgery questions are also studied in the context of the classification of Legendrian knots and links. Furthermore we investigate foliations by Reeb orbits or geodesics and their associated contact structures.
