The main phase of the Sanctuary of Asklepios was at the end of the 2nd century BC. At this time it had three terraces, the middle one with a three sided portico and three rooms (A-C). Room B was the room for the cult of Asklepios, while rooms A and C gave place for the cult of a hero, possible related to healing. It is intented to study now the (late) classical phase of the sanctuary to learn about the relationship of the Hero and Asklepios. Besides that, the urbanistic context of the sancuary will be studied.
