Qualitative and quantitative proteomics for a comprehensive picture of protein dynamics in leukemia (Z03)

Z3 will provide means for qualitative and quantitative proteomics to members of the CRC. The currently available methods for PTM identification will be supplemented, allowing CRC projects to obtain a comprehensive picture of post-translational events in the various leukemias. In addition, Thermal Protein Profiling and chemical cross linking will be established to complement available methods. Thereby, the Z3 project facilitates the prompt acquisition and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative proteomic data on cultured or primary patient-derived leukemic cells based on the needs of the projects within CRC 1074.
