High-resolution fluorescence microscopy and integrative data analysis (S02)

S02 provides a user-centered service, instrumentation, and data analysis platform for advanced light microscopy & nanoscopy (ALMN). Based on a modular workflow concept and online data and metadata documentation, we will integrate the next generation of ALMN techniques for CRC-wide project applications. Recent examples are superresolution live-cell imaging with lowest light intensity or with true nanometric-molecular resolution. Strategically integrated workshops and analysis software tools directly support users and quantitative ALMN imaging questions. S02 opens unique opportunities for students and scientists alike for ALMN imaging and training.
