The integrated research training group will prepare the graduates in an excellent scientific context with out-standing working conditions in an optimal way for their career in any work place. Central to the concept of the school is to place the graduates in the center of the collaborations within the CRC as well as with external partners. Several kinds of events organized by the graduates themselves shall allow them to develop and test their scientific independence. Further, these events will act as catalysts for team building. This concept shall ensure that the graduates develop early on self-reliance and the skills to work in teams, as well as providing them with experience in an international context such as the research field of the CRC.
