The project targets complex many-body dynamics in electronic systems that are coupled to an environment. Different theoretical approaches, including phenomenological Lindblad operators, a microscopic diagrammatic real-time technique on the Keldysh contour, the method of hierarchy of correlations in quantum lattice systems, the derivation of Boltzmann equations, as well as Floquet theory are combined for a comprehensive description. Special emphasis will be put on the temporal evolution during a stimulus.
