Project identifier
Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) - Project number 264599542
1. Analysis of DCs and effect of DC depletion on glomerular injury in different models of hypertension (DOCA+Ang II; RenTG mouse, CD11c.DOG and CX3CR1-deficient mice).2. Investigation of complement in the kidney and blood of hypertensive mice (DOCA+Ang II and RenTG mouse), incl. analysis of inhibitors and C5aR-/-, C3aR-/-, GFP-C5aRflox/flox mice.3. Analysis of complement and inflammation in a mouse model of malignant nephrosclerosis (hu-renin/hu-angiotensinogen double-tg) using C5aR-/- / C3aR-/- mice and inhibitors as well as in biopsies of patients with malignant nephrosclerosis and aHUS.
