The aim of the project is the design, implementation, and operation of the CollAborative Environment for Scientific Analysis with Reproducibility (CAESAR). Following the FAIR principles, CAESAR enhances long-term availability and reusability of TRR-wide data produced with different microscopy techniques (cPCF, dSTORM, FRET), supports its analysis also in parallel and distributed environments and provides advanced support for workflow management and analysis.
