The project examines responsa written by American and Israeli respondents in the 20th and 21st centuries as a practice of religious decision-making. In the process, the constitution and social relationships of decision-making, as well as the relationship between deciding and knowledge will be analysed. The key aim is to create a theoretical approach regarding the change and diversity in responsa from the second half of the 20th and from the 21st centuries as a practice of religious decision-making.
