The aim of this research training group is an interdisciplinary, university study program with special regard to possible extensions of civil law and new forms of cooperation in private organizations and by new forms of contracts between market and organization. The program supports the work of doctoral candidates and post doctoral researchers in the discipline of "law and economics". The research training group offers the opportunity for participants to work intensively together and discuss beyond the borders of one particular discipline. Great emphasis is placed - early during the program - on an introduction into the important elements and methods of the neighbor discipline.
