The Integrated Graduate School (MGK) of the project provides a structured curriculum for the doctoral candidates, which contains method-oriented competences, tunnelling specific qualifica-tions and soft skills. This leads to additional comprehensive qualifications of the doctoral candi-dates for scientific and professional careers beyond the scientific work in the research projects. The graduate school is closely linked to the activities of the RUB Research School. The scholarship program of the MGK offers a flexible integration of excellent doctoral candidates and students from inland and abroad into the project.
