Final Report Abstract

Dieses Projekt hat folgendes neues Wissen geschaffen: Anhaltende oder vielfache frühkindliche Regulationsstörungen erhöhen das Risiko für Aufmerksamkeit– und sozialaffektive Verhaltensprobleme im jungen Erwachsenenalter. Die Qualität der Eltern-Kind-Interaktion im ersten Lebensjahr ist in der Lage dieses Risiko zu verringern. Die Effekte der frühkindlichen Regulationsstörung auf sozial-affektive Verhaltensweisen werden durch das allostatisch-interozeptive Netzwerk, insbesondere durch das Default Mode Netzwerk vermittelt. Dieses Hirnnetzwerk könnte damit wichtig sein, zum einen für das Entwickeln eines besseren Verständnisses der Ursachen und des Verlaufes der Regulationsstörung, zum anderen für die Entwicklung neuer Therapieformen.
