Transcriptomic, proteomic and computational profiling in atherosclerosis (Z02)

This project will develop and provide transcriptomic and proteomic measurements together with the corresponding bioinformatic analyses. This comprises combined transcriptional and proteomic profiling, spatially resolved protein and lipid mass spectrometry and emerging spatial transcriptomics technologies. The Bioinformatics group will develop and customize analysis methods, will integrate data obtained across CRC projects with published data and visualize them via three-dimensional models.
