Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse
As results of this project we showed high potential of 90Nb to become an additional tool for immuno-PET for imaging of antibody fragments and smaller biomolecules. We were able to design and test efficient production and radiochemical separation with can be implemented in hospitals on medical cyclotrons. We found that DFO is most suitable chelator for Nb among other existing and commonly used chelators. We performed preliminary in vivo evaluation of Nb labelled compounds and showed high complex stability even superior to Zr. We plan to extend this research in the future.
