After the very successful first funding period of this project, we still have a few very concrete remaining open questions regarding the magnetic dynamics of Ce1-xLaxB6 and Ce3Pd20Si6 systems and its relationship to the hidden-order phenomena that can be answered by performing additional experiments. Answering these questions would be therefore the first major goal of this continuation project. Then, based on our existing experience, we would like to extend these studies to several new compounds exhibiting hidden-order phases and multipolar ordering phenomena, such as Ce1-xNdxB6, Ce3Pd20Ge6, and (Ce1-xLax)3Pd20Si6. Together with complementary measurements performed in collaboration with our scientific partners, these data are supposed to serve as a valuable input for theorists, ultimately resulting in a better understanding of the multipolar ordering phenomena in a broad class of materials.
