The goal of our IRTG graduate program is to provide doctoral candidates with a challenging and enriching program that complements individual PhD projects. The mixture of a structured framework for supervised training and research combined with custom qualification, career orientation and substantial self-organization by the doctoral candidates aims to promote success for the research projects and an atmosphere of independent, goal-oriented critical thinking within the IRTG-CRC.
