The study of FCNC transitions "Flavor changing neutral currents" is a key tool to explore the generational structure of standard model fermions and to look for physics beyond the standard model. In this project we plan to theoretically study beauty and charm FCNC decays in various decay channels, with the goal to improve the precision to which observables are known and to pursue the analysis of distributions which can exhibit high new physics sensitivity. We work in particular on rare b and c decays in leptons.
