The promotion of young researchers is an important goal of the Collaborative Research Centre. In particular, the educational qualification of PhD and MD students is essential as science has become more competitive and complex over the years. Education on scientific topics and techniques related to this Collaborative Research Centre but also soft skills are an essential prerequisite for a successful career. An important challenge is the further coordination of educational activities in Berlin and Göttingen. As in the current funding period, we will organize seminar days where all students come together, meet with international experts and report on their data. We will continue to organize separate student events in Berlin and Göttingen. Thus, the program is well integrated into the large educational neuroscience programs both in Göttingen and Berlin.
