The interdisciplinary and international Integrated Research Training Group SToRE (Structure of Representations) is the four-year graduate training program for about 25 members. For the third phase of funding, SToRE pursues three main goals: (a) to further tailor the qualification program to individual needs; (b) to enhance the support of research/thesis writing; (c) to prepare both doctoral and postdoctoral researchers for their chosen career path, be it in academia or elsewhere. To reach these goals, SToRE refined the individualized structured graduate training, which has proven to be an effective approach in the first and second phase.
