This service platform was established to facilitate the structural analysis of selected cell wall proteins (area Z2a) and the characterization of cell wall components by mass spectrometry and proteome analysis (Z2b). Many of the projects in this SFB require such analyses in order to advance their studies, understand the outcome of experiments, and plan the next steps in their experimental design.
