Zusammenfassung der Projektergebnisse

We have studied various aspects of neutrino physics, ranging from aspects of ultra-high energetic cosmic rays to ultra-light Z'-physics. Non-standard neutrino physics was studied and the many particle physics aspects of neutrinoless double beta decay were discussed. Theoretical models were constructed and close-to-experiment aspects were investigated. Highlights were the demonstration that new experiments on neutrino oscillations imply that the rate on μ →eγ is non-vanishing in a broad class of models, stressing that the physics interpretation of neutrinoless double beta decay is not as simple as thought, and the discussion of the Glashow resonance at neutrino telescopes, from which one could learn about the sources of ultra-high energetic neutrinos. Most importantly, the existing fruitful collaborations of myself and my group with colleagues from India were intensified and many new contacts were made. The collaboration will continue in the future.
